initially I thought that the hotel is very unprofessional as I was trying to call them at 1 in the night when I was supposed to reach there by 1:45 am and no one was picking the call..but later on I found that there was a problem with their landline on that particular day. I was served with the best of services ..they upgraded my semi suite to suite when they came to know that we are a honeymoon couple. a phone call to the to the room service and you get served in minutes ..happy faces all around ..loved munnar and specially the hotel service

Amazing Place to stay! Very Calm, You will hear only birds singing and cool breeze. it's a perfect place for couples too Room and Bathroom : No need of mention, it's clean and neat. Food : quality food in affordable cost ( Room service is available except break fast) Parking : Available Location : Bit Far from City but Roads are good for easy commute. All the facilities are available like Hot water, TV with all channels, WiFi , Welcome kit. Recommend.

Amazing, excellent location, well trained staff, outstanding service. Staff will help for any troubles in and around the location. I had an issue with the vehicle, they came in 5 minutes and helped me out. won't forget that moment. No issues faced during our stay. Beautiful place with fog in the morning. Will comeback again to stay. Thank you Tea village & the staff. Keep up the wood work.👍

Awesome hotel. Best hotel in Munnar. Very spacious and clean rooms and bathrooms. Very courteous staff. Awesome food. Loved the stay. They even upgraded our room which was a bonus. Anyone can book this hotel without worrying anything. You will get full value for your money. Thanks for making our stay memorable.

the view from the room is amazing. room is spacious clean and nice. some amenities were missing in the room like slipperets, but were promptly provided on request. the staff were very friendly. Mr. Abbas and Amal from reception were very helpful. overall an excellent option

My stay as family holiday at tea village was very good. The front desk staff and all other staff were very supportive. The rooms were clean . The location and view was awesome. Food was nicely prepared . Had great fun . Must visit again..done

aweosme is the small word for the property. lovely people with lovely touch and very lovely feel. it's the best feeling to be in munnar and this property is the best place to stay. I just loved it. would love to be here again.
