Ambassador Pallava is like the overnight leftover chicken/mutton curry. you know it's old leftover curry but the taste is better than yesterday's.infrastructure is a bit run down, i can see the cost cutting tactics in breakfast buffet and in-room utilities but staff is still as warm as ever. right from the Front desk ' lady with a unique name' to in-room dining to restaurant and checkout staff , the smiles are warm and geniune.

Good Hotel in Egmore Chennai. Though it's a old hotel but they have tried their best to maintain. Has Royal look inside. We can make out that the owner is very much interested in antiques. The selection of paintings is not good. It has no synchronization. Morning breakfast is so lavish and delicious. Centrally located and near to all markets and beaches. I can say its Value for money.

Beautiful lobby to spacious room to courteous staff and a restaurant with ample option + Bar Stayed for one night as i was in the city for India v Australia world cup encounter. Would love to visit again and stay at this place Keep up the high standards

everything was amazing, the stay, the ambience, the food. only if the pool and gym were open till 11 pm rather than closing at 8 pm, it would have been exceptional. for someone like me, who is visiting chennai for office purposes and not able to reach the hotel by 8 then we can't use the complete facilities.

Older hotel. But maintained well. Deluxe room was good, spacious for 2 persons. But the wodden floor was old and needs maintenance or replacement. The bathroom was excellent and spacious. Didn't have hot water very early morning around 4.30am. Toiletries were provided.

Very well maintained property , i thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Pool was great, breakfast was very good and even the bed had the softest sheets and pillows. Highly recommended for families and people looking for cozy hotels.
