We booked 2 rooms in the new wing 104, 103 for 2 nights. The hotel provided us with pick and drop to the mall road every day. Just need to inform 15mins prior and service is available from 9am to 8:30pm. Staff is efficient, polite and humble. My 4 month old daughter was looked after by Vikas who volunteered when we were having dinner. Taxi can be booked for Kempty falls through them or directly from taxi stand, charges remain same (*******for a return trip). Drop to Ddn was for ******. Pros: Location, next to company garden (300 meters). Superb views New wing has all the modern amenities while retaining an old world feel Sun deck, we had our bfast there too Biotique toiletries The service Food- we had bfast on both days as part of our stay. Low occupancy meant no buffet but we ordered from alacarte Had dinner on both days in the hotel. The prices are decent and dinner for 2 nights (4 people) all veg was c.********Rs. The food tastes really amazing and is served hot even if you order room service. Cons: just one flaw, the genset is placed next to the cottage with rooms 101-104 and the smell of diesel can get overpowering in case of power cuts. Overall, the hotel is a great one and has play area, sun deck, great food, and the best part is their service. Go for it. #goHotelTip: book through Goibibo and enjoy fantastic discounts!

I read a lot of reviews before booking this property and I must say that I made the right decision. Beautiful Heritage Property with very good service and courteous staff. Good food especially butter chicken and piping hot served Indian bread. Wood-fired pizzas, chili cheese toast, and Chicken sizzlers are delicious. The breakfast buffet was sumptuous. Loved the hot cappuccino that I ordered daily. The options at the breakfast buffet can be increased. Special thanks to Mr. Rakesh, GM Mr. Ravi at the front desk was always available with a pleasant smile. Mr. Vijay Rawat from the staff was very helpful and prompt in service. Loved the European-style architecture with vintage interiors. The location is very peaceful and 10 minutes drive from Mall Road. The hotel cab provides the pick and drop service to the Mall Road. The property is away from the crowd with beautiful green forest surroundings. The valley next to the property has a beautiful view. The rooms are comfortable and cosy. The room service is also very good. Strongly recommend to friends and family to stay at the Vermont Estate when visiting Mussoorie.

We stayed in the Amber room which is in the old block (there is a new modern block)but we loved the old English charm it had combined with the modern amenities one expects these days. The property's garden and overall landscape is dotted with so many colorful flowers and in full bloom it is only going to get more beautiful. The Amber room was facing the mountains as well as the garden(room no 304)and it was so peaceful inside , I would recommend you to choose this over any other room. The restaurant inside served some delicious food and if you want to burn some fat afterwards there is an outdoor badminton court and indoor table tennis court. Staff members are very courteous and never frown. Property is located 1 km below sterling resorts and is a much better choice if you want some peace. There is not much to do in Mussoorie, so you rather stay here and enjoy the views

A couple of kilometres away from the hustle and bustle of the Mall, Amber is situated in an idyllic location, overlooking the Doon Valley. With an extensive area, including a manicured garden and play area at the back, the Amber stands tall among many of the places dotting the nearby areas. The star of the show, includes a fantastically housed Table Tennis room which has such stunning views that you will miss a shot quite often. Add to that a Badminton court beside an awesome Greenhouse besides an indoor pool table, this is a perfect getaway to chill. If you do want to go among the crowds, they drop and pick you up from the Mall whenever you want. Oh and the views are stunning! But you already knew that.

I stayed at Amber Vermont estate in the lower lawn room from June 14 to June 16 2019. Reaching the property was tricky but we managed.It is 100 meters from company bagh. Reaching here from hathi paon road is easy. The property is beautiful and well maintained.The views are breath taking. For me the USP of the hotel was peacefull ambience, amazing food, helping staff and welcoming host. I had certain issues like cleanliness and refrigerator which the hotel has to really look into. But when highlighted the person on the reception was ready to shift me to other room.I enjoyed my stay here and would love to come back again. prompt service and various activities available.

Excellent location. Away from the crowed places with a stunning view of green valleys. Its located on the side not facing dehradun so the view is of greenery and not buildings. Very helpful staff. We were given directions to reach the hotel without having to enter the main town. This cut down our travel time by half an hour and avoided the traffic jams. They have a shuttle service from hotel to Mall Road which adds to the comfort of your stay. The scenic view, good food, good rooms. Overall a very comfortable stay. The only drawback is entry to the hotel. Its on a steep, one lane, incline. If you are not used to mountain driving, it can be a bit daunting.

I stayed there for 2 nights/3 days with my wife. I asked for a room on the higher floor but couldn't get it as there was rush. But when i checked in they managed to give me a room with view and privacy in the old building and that was out of the world. Its a beautiful property.if u want to spend some quality time with peace. This is the place. It has TT table and pool table. Staff is very courteous. I would like to thank Ravi personally and all the other staff for making the stay wonderful. The area of improvement for me would be food.

Hotel was excellent...Staff was courteous specially Mr Ravi at the front desk....Property location is bit difficult to reach due to narrow roads on the hills but once you reach the hotel you forget everything....View from the Room Balcony was amazing...Hotel is 10 to 15 min away from Mall Road depending upon the traffic due narrow lanes but Hotel provides Free Drop & pick-up facility daily to its Guest....I would definitely recommend this hotel & will plan again to visit in winters....

A gem hidden in mountains around pristine lush cover of green conifers and sal! Wonderful view, tasteful interior, carefully salvaged piece of a glorious heritage. Staff are courteous and helpful, specially the housekeeping ladies and the fit as superman restaurant staff who negotiate all those flight of stairs with every order. Great food, ambiance and location. An absolute value for money! Traveler’s delight! Highly recommend !

As many have mentioned this is in a very calm and green locality yet just 2km away from start of mall road and all hustle bustle of mussoorie. company bagh is right next to property. Amber rooms in first floor have big balcony with very nice view of hills and forest. Rooms are clean, service is good too. only negative is food is costly and some items were just average.

Location is 300 meters from Company Garden, hotel provides pick and drop from 9:30-8:30 every day to and from the Library chowk. Rooms have an excellent view of the valley, their food is superb and service is just top of the class. Combine it with a great deal from Goibibo and you have a perfect holiday! #goHotelTip great hotel, new wing with first floor rooms are best.

Fabulous Hotel, nice open surroundings in the hotel, soecially the place behind the reception. They have playing rooms and open badminton courts too. Very impressive. Only thing is, it is not at walkable distance from main Mussoorie Mall road, so you need to take the hotel's car (free) for every trip down and up.

Amber Vermont Estate was a Lovely Property. Very Well Maintained. Took Good Care of us. Nice Breakfast Spread and Very courteous Staff. Had a Lovely Stay courtesy their Manager RAKESH Ji. The Pic and drop Facility from the Mall Road is also very prompt and helpful.

It's very beautiful property with serene mountain views. The rooms are clean and staff was super welcoming. Food they served was delicious. Play area and lots of activities you can enjoy with kids.
