Just breathtaking. There are no other words to describe the view from room & surroundings. Truly in the lap of nature. We reached a little late in day. Our first thought was that we are scammed. The road to reach resort goes through village corridors. You have to walk a foot trail, literal foot trail, at backyard of some village. Resort is very small with only 8-10 huts. But once you open the room curtains, OMG, scene looks just as if from some luxury travel magazine. There us a small garden lawn in front of the room and within 15 steps is ocean. Room and baths are spacious and very clean. Bed is also big enough. Food is sometimes good sometimes not. We only ordered veg btw. Resort feels little understaffed. Housekeeping crew is present only from 12 to 5. Palolem beach is at walking distance, but you wont want to go there when you have your personal beach right outside your room. Hotel is best place for couples. Ask for 'happiness' room as I think it has best view.

Apart from the location of the property nothing is great. You will end up deceived if you look at. Booked it for a memorable trip but ended up losing money and time. Better to avoid this property. The hotel team will show zero empathy towards the guests. Wanted to make this trip memorable but the resort team tried their best to make it a pathetic experience. Starting from 2hr. delay in allocating the room to Wi-Fi issue, water, and delayed food order services. Most importantly the services we paid for the room for special arrangements for our visit was a total loss. The staff and manager were least bothered about our experience and have 0 empathy towards the guests.

Property was very scenic and secluded yet integral part of Palolem Beach. One of a kind must say. However my 2 Stars are for the poor management considering the price segment at which this property is pitched at. There was terrible power cut in the entire daytime which showed lack of basic Maintainence team on ground and only single lady (apparently the manager) was coordinating the entire show. There should be a more equipped team, Fully serviced DG if you are shelling out your property at this rate. Needless to say the March sun surely made arc discomforts to my stay here.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at ark comforts, The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The resort itself was stunning, with beautiful beachfront views and immaculately maintained facilities. Our room "faith" was cozy, clean, and perfectly equipped for a relaxing getaway. What truly made our stay stand out, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. They were always kind, helpful, and made us feel like part of the family.

The stay was good. Mentioned good because the cottage was excellent, perfect beach stay, but the food was pathetic. If you ate paying 12-15k per night you expect food to be atleast decent, but it is pathetic. Chef deserves to be fired. No taste in food breakfast buffet is not worth mentioning also vey less options and taste was also poor. If you want a private beach experience stay is worth every penny but be prepared to eat outside the property.

best vacation we ever had. property is located on sea. clean room. staff are so helpful and courteous. like to thank arun, arjun, gopal. priya. shanti and last but not the least meena and rohan in making our visit to last a lifetime. make memories. hope to visit again. hope meena will take the suggestions we have to entertain future guests. cheers to ark.. keep rocking privacy

one of the most beautiful resorts right at the beachfront. the hospitality and food is amazing. parking however is an slight issue, especially at late nights. other than that, a mesmerizing stay

Reachability is poor. Breakfast is decent. View is good. Overall, this property isn't value for money at all. The rooms aren't spacious. One can find a lot better deal at the same price.

Absolutely worth the money if you are looking for a south goa stay. Go ahead and book it i promise you'll not regret. Special mentions to the complimentary breakfast... super yum.

The hotel location and rooms are very nice. However, the food service is pathetically slow. Food comes after 45 mins of placing order. Breakfast doesnt start as per the stated time.
