everything was perfect from food to stay the only reason I am rating it 4 is because of the receptionist Shruti I found her rude and felt that she doesn't know how to approach guests. me and my hubby were waiting in the lobby for a rickshaw she came near us and was like have you cleared your bills there is hi/ hello? is it the way to approach a guest there should be basic etiquette to ask ? it was just the 1st day of stay we had booked for 3N and had paid for stay upfront through gobibo and during checkout also i didn't feel she was polite but apart from her all the staff are fantastic right from security guard to room service guys they are really well trained and special mention Sachin a wonderful person and guided us well

Awesome experience in THE AURUM. Enjoyed a comfortable stay. I booked this hotel without any expectations. I felt amazing for this property in the temple town of subrahmanyeshwara. Highly recommended. Each and every staff are polite, humble and very helpful. Restaurant food is also very tasty. The river behind the hotel gives you a beautiful view of nature with crocodiles and peacocks. I want to visit again in the near future and would like to suggest for all the travellers Rooms are very neat with great service. Polite, humble and helpful staff. Good food in the restaurant

experience was awesome.staff was very collaborative.location is just beside of kumaradhara river and you can see beautiful scenery from balcony of hotel rooms.open restaurant seating was great.you have to go bit inside from main road to reach hotel.they have small art gallery and natural products for sale.we have faced door lock issue onetime apart from that stay was very good and had great hospitality from team.

Good property. Opened just a few months ago. Tucked away from the main road. Spacious, clean rooms. Very attentive and courteous staff. Mr.Madhan provided useful info & guidance regarding the 2 day pooja ritual we were attending. They also take requests for pooja specific diets (no onion, no garlic). Pool under construction. Room rates are slightly pricey compared to other properties.

Highly Recommend for those who are looking for a pleasant stay. Nothing falls short from what we expect from any other 4 star hotels. Hospitality, rooms and the views overlooking the river and forest, ambience, facilities - everything upto the mark and definitely worth staying.
