it was a nice experience staying at avenue hotel except a few things that would have been better.for example the room could be lil more spacious and the cupboard should have a door on it instead of open shelf type,also as claimed on the hotel that all the rooms are having electric kettle but it was missing from my room.the staff was polite and the room service was good.food ordered was delicious and tasty with fair amount of quantities.water should have been served free of cost after 1 bottle which will be a great thing,rest all room and sanitary are well maintained clean and readily available.chevk in check out experience was smooth and hassle free will like to stay again in near future for my trips to kolkata.

one of the best hotel for family and bachelors too. stayed here 3 nights, and I can say undoubtedly the best budget hotel with safety and security. enjoyed the private terrace. Food was so delicious, finger licking. special thanks to Mr Rinku, for confirmation of early check in. and one of the staff Sameer, he is so professional courteous. great going "Avenue".will recommend everyone who all are planning 3-4 days stay in Kolkata with family.

Neat and tidy rooms. though the room size was smaller but cleanliness was good.. good food from in house dine-in services. cooperative staffs. enjoyed being here. would love to visit again it's a good place to stay for couples. hassle free check in.. cooperative hotel staff.. complete security and privacy is maintained. thank you

My stay was Amazing at The Avenue..Nice budget Hotel with Good ambiance..Easy check-in.Comfortable Rooms..Food served is really tasty and quantity is also good at reasonable price..Nice Location near Excide more and nearest metro is Netaji bhavan.i would love to stay at Avenue Again and recommend others too. Hasle free check in & comfortable stay.

The hotel is located in a good locality, it has nice rooms and all the essential services, the staff is very cooperative. The food specially is great, price to quantity and quality is awesome. Only issue which i felt was that I stated in delux double, Overall i loved my stay here.
