As Gujarati Location is Best because There are to many Gujarati food store available near location, Baga Beach and titos lane is in 1.5 KM so location is best, room also good, Uncle Sam's breakfast also good, staff is verry help full and polite. overall good experience in 3 days of my stay in hotel, one common issue in all hotels of goa is washroom having some dirty smell which is here also for some time but any how its solved on second day.

It was a great relaxing stay with the Avenue. Staffs were courteous and very supportive. The breakfast was even good. Thanks to Mr. Rupak from the restaurant Uncle Sam. He was great throughout our visit at the restaurant . We had a superior room but it was upgraded to deluxe room, it was a spacious and well garlanded with amenities. Thanks to The Avenue.

Loved to stayed in this hotel.. I visited this hotel for 4nights.. The Calangute Beach is 15 minutes walk from the hotel..The rooms are spacious and clean.. Complementary breakfast was fantastic..The room service was good..Property, rooms, amenities, food all are even more better than actual images.. Just go for it🥰

Hotel is luxurious... Staff is helpful.. location is superb with all good restaurants like KFC . dominos ... veg restaurants nearby... Calengute beach is the nearest to this hotel.. Reception staff is good and breakfast is also yummy.. Best stay overall with my family.
