Had excellent stay in this hotel. Housekeeping & room service staff are very supportive. Borivali station is located just few steps way from the hotel. Will visit this hotel again on my next Mumbai visit...! They allow only Veg food, which is one of the reason I booked this hotel. It is one of the best hotel I have found in Borivali.

I am regular traveler to Mumbai and this is the second time I booked same hotel. Byke Delotel has beautiful rooms and excellent hospitality. The Food is very good but sometimes I feel the room price shoot up too much. They should look into it.

the housekeeping was unresponsive during the night. we had emergency and needed water but they did not respond. rest everything was good but the housekeeping should he more responsive and alert!
