It was one of the pathetic hotel. In Manali, we stayed for 2 days and every single hour was horrible there. No blanket, no heater, no hot water, dirty room, broken windows, no view and i would not recommend anyone to stay there. Hotel staff was taking advantage of people, they charging extra for providing room heater as well, imagine 500 rs extra for just one day for providing heater. Hot water supply is just for 1 hour in morning and 1 hour in evening.Worst experience ever for me. So stay away from tis hotel.

I stayed here over Paddy's day and would definitely stay here again - the best thing about this hotel is the location - its close by to everything: the main shopping places. this is by far the best hotel I have stayed in, I'm heading over again this year but unfortunately, the hotel is booked up during the weekend I am planning to visit. If your a group of friends going to manali to party - this is definitely the hotel for you! Stayed April 2016, traveled with friends

Great stay at the place. All the staff members were very polite from the reception manager to the cleaning staff. Very well maintained and a beautiful property with a mesmerizing view from the hotel! Will recommend everyone to stay here! The food was very delicious!

Good hotel. Good facilities. But not in good location, and pure vegetarian hotel. Food and even water are too costly. I would recommend tourist to bring food and water from outside. Otherwise lodging is excellent.

Good accommodation and rooms, locational disadvantage, poor service and expensive food. Restaurant offers veg food only. Overall to sum it up, many better options at available in Manali at cheaper price.

Hotel mangt can shift your booked rooms at anytime. They don't have working geyser or any reliable arrangement for hot water..... Heaters at worst then everything..... Avoid this place.
