hi when I reached the hotel I was told we have been upgraded to a bigger room and it was a nice gesture from the hotel the room was good big enough the washroom was again big but after sometime when you wanted to use the washroom there was a very pungent smell coming from below the wash basin and which was like something had died somewhere nearby and when we put on the tap of the of the basin the smell increase drastically so I think there was something wrong from behind and doors of smell almost like a smell of a guitar, which was reported to the reception and the person came with the room freshener and give it to us but it was not that useful this was the only drawback which we found otherwise overall decent property at a very good location away from the mall hustle-bustle

nice stay, hotel is really awesome.., hotel property is at very peaceful area, surrounded with lot of greenery.. I love this place.., breakfast should have more options.. as we r paying big Amit for stay.. , but options were very less.. , otherwise room dinning is nice... staff is very cooperative.. and always happy to serve us.., but there is no play area for kids.., as they get bore .. we need to take care of kids activities..which is not there.. love to come again, but seriously they need to work in kids activities... even they shout some small adventures activities in side there permisses,. thanks..

The best experience. The rooms were clean and well decorated. The location of the hotel was also good. The staff was very courteous and always had a smiling face. Room service was on point. The hotel does not have a very good view but the entire ambience and greenery makes up for it. So no regrets on that part. The best part of the hotel was that the management does not discriminate between celebrities and non celebrity crowd as there were a few staying there at the same time as us. Highly appreciable gesture. We would definitely visit again and would recommend others to enjoy the amazing experience.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at The Claridges Nabha Residency. Highly recommended to anybody looking for a great holiday or to celebrate an event. The whole staff is extremely courteous, hospitable and efficient. The food is absolutely mind blowingly fantastic thanks to The Head Chef Mr. Sonu (Probably Nick Name) & his team. I will definitely going to stay at The Claridges Nabha Residency whenever I will visit Mussoorie AGAIN. # Double story room # Food # Play area for kids # Courteous & humble Staff

We stayed over for one night on 18/11/2020. The room given to us initially had some improper heating issues. Mr. Shubham promptly solved the issues and changed our room. The property is not big and is homely. The dinner and the bonfire they had organised for us definitely made our night memorable. For localites like us, the lack of view was not a problem but i guess some tourists might not like this about the property. The breakfast spread was not the most impressive.

The stay was good. Location wise it was ok, but liitle bit interior from the main road. The staff behavior was very good. Breakfast was nice. There were many activities for the kids. Free wifi services were available.
