overall experience was very good, all the employees and staff were so cordial and the service was good. clean neat bathroom and location of the hotel was in centre with easy access to everything. room service could be little better by improving quick response to calls, late food delivery to room caused inconveniences few times.. otherwise it's a nice experience and i would highly recommend staying in the hotel

Great experience as always. Friendly staff.. Have stayed there a couple of times and the amenities have been great.. The hotel is close to Park Circus 7 point, Park circus station and Quest Mall.. I would recommend everyone ...10/10 It is very safe and comfortable for unmarried couples.

Very nice experience. The hotel is on the main road so no transport issues. The staff is very polite and extremely helpful. They are available for us even after 12 AM midnight. I really enjoyed the stay. The aircon is also great 😃

There was no extra coat. But they gave me extra matress. Staff was very polite friendly There was a huge issue in our bedroom. The window in the bedroom opens to the kitchen. always someone will be there Privacy problem
