Dirty room, linen and washroom not clean enough, geyser capacity in terms of hot water and its quantity not sufficient. Bed and chairs with coffee table were all in bad condition (making sound when we use them). Dirty floor mat, intercom not working, pathetic breakfast. Windows are just for the sake of name....unable to understand how this property has such good reviews. Basic cleanliness, facility of hot water for shower and breakfast. There is not a single thing which I felt was positive about this property.

For the money charged, the room was very disappointing. Geyser was open, room wasn't clean, exhaust fan made huge noise, not many food options, tea was made half heartedly. Overall, barring the distance to the expo for which i preferred this hotel, stay was not up to the mark at all. The management looked professional and polite though. They helped me with my order. But they should work on the cleanliness and overall upkeeping of the hotel professionally.

It’s a decent place. If you visiting the Expo, this place is around 10-12 mins walk from Expo. The metro station is also 7-8 mins walk. Rooms were clean, staff was good too However they can improve on the breakfast a bit. But overall it’s a good value for money

neat and clean hotel with all amenities, location is good. staff behaviour is good and friendly. food quality is also very good. as family we felt comfortable and friendly atmosphere. it is far from crowd and noisy places. totally peaceful area.

Stay was normal Room service was not good Landline not working In the morning when i went for breakfast there was nothing after i asked for breakfast they say they only have egg and toast

Food service is a very bad. I prefer you don't include your meal or food in your booking if you book, you regret it....
