Truly lives up to the Hyatt brand name. The staff is courteous, right from housekeeping to frontdesk to the chefs and the staff at the restaurants. Everyone talks with a smile and that goes a long way. The rooms are spacious at the Diwa Club and well laid out. The infinity pool is a highlight. The only downer is may be there is no direct access to the beach but they have a frequent buggy service to visit the beach. A special mention to Leah at the Diwa Club frontdesk, Sanito and Nadeem from Bistro, Chefs Amit and Deepak, housekeeping staff Valentino for making the stay worthwhile. Kudos to the entire staff of Alia Diwa.

Property was located in secluded area and it was nice for couple. Many food option available there in the restaurant. I haven't seen owner, so services were managed by the staff. Free WiFi facility was provided and no such time boundaries for going out and coming back.

Superb Stay. Diwa Club service is just wow. And the Rooms Are huge and spacious. The 7 am to 7 Pm breakfast concept is great. The staff is ready to go the extra length to make you happy.One of the best hotels in south goa .. Must must muat visit
