Mr. Dhawan was so courteous and respectful in all of our interactions. He made us feel safe and comfortable. The location is nice and nearby the US embassy and heart of the city. Only issue was the phone network problem in the street the property is in. It can go so buggy and down often. Mr. Dhawan was also honest about it why it happens. Will definitely stay again if in Delhi

I had booked 2 king rooms and 2 deluxe rooms. King rooms are very spacious with fridge, extra sitting chair, etc. but the deluxe rooms are equally congested. Everything was good except the fact that ACs of all 4 rooms were not working properly. And hotel authority didn’t give us a solution for that. Service was good, manager was also cooperative.

Lack of communication between the owner and the platform provider rendered the okayish stay a disaster. A truly lackadaisical behavior was displayed by the owner when our booking for the King suite was not honored and instead we were relegated to 2 small rooms.

Nice and comfortable room with friendly owner and staff. General maintenance of the room is good. Area is convenient for turning around. Area is very silent, you don't hear any noises.
