The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 9 am as already confirmed over the phone with Mr. Lavish . We got to hotel early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Katra. The sevice was exceptional as well. Overall, I had a great experience with the Etiler; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. Thank you Team Etiler.

Not recommended at all. Hotel is very far from the bus stand and Yatra starting point. They don't even provide basic amenities. We were three person in a room and after asking they gave us one towel. No dental kit. Geyser won't work most of the times since there's no electricity. Bathroom was not clean. Since it's winter, we didn't use AC but I'm sure that wouldn't have worked either.

The Etiler Hotel is good option for stay in katra. Just 5 minutes distance from main bazar. Staff is courteous and helpful. Food options are good and tasty as well specially parathe. Daily cleaning of rooms, toiletries are provided. Kirana shops and medical store is just outside of hotel for your daily needs. Highly recommend.

Towel provided was torn off on one side. Bathroom flush didn't had cap to press for flush. No water bottle was provided. Door latch was broken. otherwise Hospitality was very good. Staff is very polite and co-operative and good budget stay.
