Perfect hotel. Excellent service. Very nice people. Just little difficult to locate. Hotel should provide valet service. The other problem I faced is that the staff coordination was poor. They lack communication between internal departments. But all this overcomes due to their service and hotel environment. I will definitely come again. And really wish they would sort some small things out.

Little bit tricky to find the location but make a call to reception and they will help you to reach. I called them for directions and they picked me from the ISBT. It is hardly 900m from Shimla ISBT Tutikandi.Property is nice and clean. Food is tasty, a little bit on costlier side. They have an open seating area from where you get the hill view. Overall experience was nice for me.

one of the best hotel in shimla. room service, cleaning r good. food price is costly, way for hotel is dangers, only experiance driver can drive on way to hotel. hotel staff is very good, view from room is good. overall everything is best.

the road to the hotel was very dangerous. and food was not up to the mark. we had to request them for the accessories. like dental kit, hair dryer etc.. the rooms were well maintained but small spaced.

The road to the hotel is a road to hell. 4 wheels struggle to stay on the road. Need a 4x4 for the experience of being at the hotel.
