Stay was cozy and comfortable, Mr. Abel in f&b was great who made us feel special other f&b staff were great too. Front office Himanshu and other handler ( forgot the name) were very helpful.Ankush & Joseph from room service served us very well.Housekeeping team was efficient and attentive and comforting.Prahaas chef were kind and helpful as well, suggestions were given regarding IRD which according to him was already in process.Mr. Ali at the gate was great with warm smile always.We were not able to enjoy the SPA as there was only one option available for it.Pool was good, but should add amenities to be served by default to the guests as they arrive by pool side.Rest I didn't met any upper management to give more feedback and suggestions so can't say about that.However the teams are great 👍

Whether it Is Room, their House Keeping , Room Service etc.. it has been Absolutely a pleasure . I would strongly recommend Trident Group of Hotels to Everyone . Great place to stay and superb hospitality. I had stayed for 2 days with my wife and daughter and it was good. The quality of Food including complimentary breakfast was very good and tasty. Only suggestion is that quantity was on lesser side in room service. A calm and quiet place to stay within the city limits. Parking was also safe and good. All the staffs were having a smile and service which makes us more comfortable. Recommended for all especially with family. Cleanliness, hospitality and comfort

The first thing I love was their hospitality!!! Mr.Rijo arranged a cake suddenly after knowing it was my birthday!!Would love to return!!!!!

It's great starting from check in to check out especially ajay incharge of restaurant he really adviced us particular dishes which are very good and Kerala special and next day early morning we are checking out he made sure for our kids morning sandwiches are packed and given to us really service is good

An excellent stay with great amenities. Abhishek, Milan and Parmeen are wonderful people to look around in Trident. They have taken care of everything. Staff is courteous. Room is specious with beautiful view. Food is delicious. An excellent experience ever. Caring and supportive staff.

My stay in the trident cochin hotel is fabulous. The garden are is abundant with various plants and trees. The water of swimming pool is absolutely clean. The rooms are spacious and utmost comfortable. This hotel is clean and green. I recommend this for staying in kochi.
