this hotel is not in Miramar so that's a lie this is in Carnjalim so any on thinking close to beach should not consider. there were mosquitoes in room on asking for repelent instead the advice was to increase fan speed. the room is good but location is very bad that's in nutshell

We had our stay at The Fern residency for 4 nights and 3 days and we enjoyed a lot for stay over there. Room interior and furniture is contemporary look and provide lavish stay. Locality is too posh. Services are quite good. Restaurant and especially breakfast is too good.

Amazing property. But no nearby market. Only DG mart is there which have all the daily use items including alcohol. Overall stay was amazing. Recommended for families and beachlors It is couple and family friendly property. Very neat and clean with full of privacy

Good location, nice staff, delicious breakfast. Value for Money. Getting Cab for field work is a big challenge in Goa. Even with Goa Miles App that problem is not resolved . Hotel Staff is helpful in arranging cabs when you desperately needs one.
