we (7 adults and 1 kid) stayed at this property in 3 winter green rooms (room nos: 321, 322, 333) for 3 days and 2 nights from december 30th to january 1st.our experience was great overall!1. early check-in was accommodated seamlessly.2. we were greeted with a warm welcome drink and cake.3. the complimentary hi-tea with dj, games, and live music was a delightful addition.4. seasonal fruits were provided in each room, which was a nice touch.however, there was one downside:while the stay was enjoyable, we feel the party pricing could have been more reasonable.

It was an excellent experience to stay at The Fern Shelter Resort, Palghar. Very well maintained property only the swimming pool water needs to be purified to improve the experience even more. Pleasant colour coordination in the overall rooms at their Hazel suite.. The view is quite good.. most importantly the staff of this resort is so humble and prompt in their services.. loved their hospitality overall.. Food is awesome too.. we totally enjoyed our stay...Highly recommend 👍 Done!

The Hotel Is well maintained. Awesome interiors. Amazing Hospitality. The Staff is polite and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and cozy. Food at their Flavours restaurant was tasty. The breakfast spread was awesome. Overall we had a very good experience. Just to mention that there were frequent power cuts due to hotel location but power used to resume in 10 to 20 seconds. Everything was nice and awesome. We enjoyed our stay. Its a must stay hotel.

Couple Trip... Good ambience & spacious rooms. Food was edible, tasty & flavourful. Good for family & friends. The couple have a very spacious Lounge Suite. Check in & check out was smooth. Room service was good & attentive. The breakfast option was really great approx 15 - 20 items. Ample car parking space. I will rate them 4.5 out of 5.

What a pleasant and peaceful stay! We also used the spa service. 10/10 recommended. Great food , very good experience at the spa (had a foot massage and back and shoulder massage). The person who did the massage was so polite and did it so nicely. The staff was also very polite and welcoming.

We had a great time in the fern shelter, its a beautiful property, all staffs were very polite and helpful, Mr Umesh was very helpful during our bookings and stay, he provided us complimentary cake for anniversary it was very nice gesture by him. Thank you :)

I had an amazing stay here....staff is very polite and respectful and helpful...Great location....right on the highway...Definitely recommend to book Fern club room with Balcony as it will give you beautiful mountain view....worth the money for sure....🫶😍🥰
