The hotel is really at one of the best locations in Kolkata. The room is decent, staffs are well behaved and professional. I came to Kolkata to spend some quality time with my fiancé so i was looking for a decent space ofcourse keeping affordability in mind. After spending two days here i can assure you that this is one of the finest hotels you can look up to jn kolkata especially if you're looking for hotel like me . The only negative thing I can recall is the view from my room which was little bad but they assured me for better room for my next visit to the hotel:) which I'll definitely going to do . 🥂 Must try- Plain Tea (₹40/ cup) Frankly my fiancé told me that "first i was anxious if they would give a look or feel awkward but nothing any such thing happened. They were very courteous and polite in nature. Secondly the room service was excellent and helpful:)

my experience was fantastic from start to finish. the rooms were spotless and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, always friendly and attentive. the hotel's location is perfect, close to my office making it easy to explore the area. breakfast had a great variety, and the overall ambiance was relaxing. i highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

The stay at Firangipani Suites was very comfortable. The room was booked at a very decent price. The location is very good. The staff and the management behaviour was excellent. The food was affordable with good quality and taste. The room service was top notch. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

it was a great hotel at prime office locations of new town. overall staffs are very well trained to treat guests. from the beginning the security guard helped us with our luggages, offboarding it from the cab and i was served welcome drink at the reception. room was neat, clean and tidy. highly recommended.
