This is the second time I stayed in this hotel. Main reason being it's in center of city. Walkable distance for mayur palace and just opposite to jaganmohan palace (art gallery). Hot water available. Quite decent if you want to stay in budget hotel and to cover nearby places. They have restaurant too, also you will get stuff while you take a walk towards palace. Only problem is they don't have separate parking, you have to park on road. But parking is not an issue.

It was worst service. There was no towel to take bath I called three times then a service boy brought towel and no hot water to take bath. there was empty judge of water with dirty glasses. They are not providing even a cup of morning tea. The cost for per night stay was almost .. and it is too high comparable with service. and this charge is only for stay other then this every thing is chargeable.worst worst worst service.

i had booked this property on 12th aug 2017 (sat) till 14th aug (monday). As per voucher it was given as 12pm check in and 5pm check out. but were asked to vacate the room by 12pm initially though we checked in at 2pm.then they told us to vacate by 2pm. 3 rooms were booked. one of the room was hold on till 5pm before we could check in.. in spite of repeated request no toilet soap were provided.

I feel very worst hotel in my life. reception person not help us. he was asking hard copy of booking paper. my state tamilmadu. how did I know the browsing centre. he was not help us. food was not worthless. other wise room k. value of money. I was like mysore

Rooms are not at all good.... I took AC room paying **but rooms are even not worth for 500rs, some weird smell inside room. Not healthy......Staffs are horrible.... They just litterelly fight with me but some one stopped him.rude staff .....

Hotel people were courteous and helpful. However, room had chipped paint in walls and the lock on the bathroom did not work properly. The glasses in the restaurant were not clean. Felt safe.

Walkable distance to city bus stand & palace location wise it is good. Food & drinks are ok. Service & cleanliness is not upto the standards. Night time is horrible due to bed bugs.

If you want to order food from same hotel, better go down and order, otherwise in room it may be different menu and they will be ordering from other menu, and it will cost you...

Not good place for stay. Overpriced, bed condition was not good. Whole night u have to sleep with bed sound. Bathroom is somehow ok. Not worth more ***********.
