No words for them specially if your are travelling with kids , They don't even boil milk and they won't provide Tanned milk, I wad travelling with my son he just 3 so usually whenever we travel we don't risk, In terms of food and drink . so we carried our 500 ml mother dairy Toned milk we requested at the reception and in the restaurant so they can boil it but they never allowed it . At last i have to order milk and they served full cream milk and what again a night mare . We have to cancel our trip in between and come back to Delhi to visit a doctor .. pathetic at-least think about kids

we had an excellent experience staying at govindam resort. the room was pretty spacious, hygienic , well ventilated and well maintained. the food at the restaurant was extremely delicious and reasonably priced. the resort has a big garden where we spent a good time walking and talking. most importantly the staff were very polite, humble and responsible at work. a definite recommendation for people who are looking for a decent resort to stay while at vrindavan. 5 on 5, and my first stop for sure, when i am at vrindavan, the next time. radhe radhe 🙏

New and nicely managed resort. Suite rooms are quiet big with 1 bedroom, hall & gallery. The only drawback is that it is in the interiror area and temples are at a distance of 3 kms to 7.5 kms from the resort so it is advisable to come in your own vehicle. Overall a very good place and worth staying.

We booked executive family suite.Staff was courteous and cooperative .food was not upto mark .it was spicy and average qualityBut management is very polite and helpful.4 star for good behavior and reasonable charges.They Need improvement in cleanliness maintenance and food .rest it was nice stay

room was very big, it was a huge property with tranquil green surroundings, food was delicious. staff was courteous and professional. they helped us in deciding our itenary for temples which helped in saving lot of time. Food was delicious although it took some time for them to serve.

Pathetic place and worst service. The restaurant service is very slow, they would take 2 hours for a basic order. My advice is please avoid this place otherwise it can ruin your complete holiday.

Best resort in vrindavan. I love their disconnect and connect facility, they have lot of indoor games which we enjoyed a lot. Food was delicious.
