everything was good about the stay. the location is easy to find and right off the main road, plenty of parking space, the access to hotel and rooms is easy, the entire property was clean. it’s a relatively newly built hotel, and was maintained so, from lift to passageway to reception and to the rooms, all clean and maintained. the rooms were good, same as images shown, all the amenities mentioned are available, though i wished bathroom to be a bit bigger and had hair dryer, but no complaints there, as it was clean and fresh and that’s what more important to me. as someone who suffers from cervical, here the mattress and pillows gave no trouble to me, so absolutely loved that. we had 2 rooms booked and even though we came much earlier than checkin time, there was no hassle at the reception, the staff was polite and helpful throughout the stay, so 10/10 for the hospitality. i didn’t get to try food at the hotel, but there are couple of good food options right below the hotel and nearby areas as well. and i personally love the decor and ambiance of the hotel and rooms. it’s quite and peaceful as well. overall a great stay, i’d definitely recommend to anyone travelling to meerut to pick this without a second thought.

Very Bad Experience. Bathroom Flush was not working well. Lights fluctuation was there all night. changed my room once and still problem was not resolved..couldnt sleep all night because of electricity issue. Over on that.. management didnt refund any money for the worst experience and had the audacity to even ask for the Food Bill. 1 Star only for cleanliness and even food was very bad taste wise.
