we recently stayed at hostellers amritsar, and it was nothing short of amazing! we were a group of 10 friends—3 girls and 7 boys—looking for a budget-friendly, fun, and vibrant place to stay, and hostellers checked all the boxes. the staff was super friendly and understanding. on one of the nights, after a few drinks, some of my friends got a bit out of control, but the staff handled it so well. they were calm, professional, and really helped us manage the situation without making us feel uncomfortable. the vibes at the hostel are unbeatable. great music sets the mood, and the common area is perfect for chilling. we had so much fun playing foosball and chess—it really added to the overall experience. the location is another big plus. it's just 1.5 km from the golden temple, so we walked there a few times for the lungar, which was absolutely amazing. the street food near the temple is also out of this world. i even had what i think might be the best burger of my life! golden temple is super close, and the amritsar railway station is just 2.5 km away. we also visited the atari-wagah border, which was a phenomenal experience. we managed to get an auto for all 10 of us at just ₹1500, and it was worth every penny. watching the ceremony gave us goosebumps—a true moment of patriotism. a funny (and slightly frustrating) thing happened on our first night—mine and my friends' shoes got stolen at the golden temple because we didn’t use the free shoe racks. lesson learned! but the highlight of the trip was when i forgot my phone in the auto on our way back from the wagah border. you won’t believe it—the autowala bhaiya actually called me first and told me he’d found my phone. he returned it the next morning without expecting anything in return. it restored my faith in humanity! for those who enjoy a drink, there’s even a bar just 50m from the hostel, so that’s another win. why stay in boring, overpriced hotels. whether you’re traveling solo, as a couple, or in a group like us, hostellers amritsar is the place to stay. safe, cool, and full of life! amritsar is a must-visit, and staying at hostellers will make your trip even better. highly recommend it!

This is my third stay at Hosteller. The rooms and common areas were clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions. The hostel had excellent amenities, including free Wi-Fi, a well-equipped kitchen, etc. The atmosphere was vibrant and social, making it easy to connect with other travelers. It was a fantastic experience and excellent value for money!

We reached late night. Check in was very easy and room was with basic amenities. Hot water, wifi every thing was perfect to spend one night. By location its near by golden temple and railway station. Food was also tasty. There was no smoking area.
