Not at all satisfied with the hotel. Basic amenities like hot water, drinking water is not available at your doorstep. No room service is provided. You will have to go by yourself to the cafe area to get food and water. Only interiors are good but not at all a place if you are coming to enjoy your holidays. I switched to another hotel the same day. As you have to climb so many stairs to reach there and also on navigation you will not be able to reach the hotel. I reached a bit early around 8:30 am and when I tried to call reception for finding the route automated voice said that lines are open from 9 am for booking. At least provide direct contact of the reception so that one can reach your place easily. It’s very cold in there because it’s located very down from the road and rooms are very cold as the rooms don’t get sunlight at all. Overall very worst experience. Only good for one who is looking for hotel-like facilities. NOT AT ALL A HOTEL. As no hospitality is there. Everything you have to do on your own.

From where do I begin. The moment you enter this property there is a feel-good factor that surrounds you. It's a new property as of now. The rooms were very clean and tidy. The cafe on the terrace is the USP of this property, and you would want to spend your entire day over there. The staff at the cafe. Vaishali is super friendly, really creative, and has interesting stories to tell. At the food counter, Sujit and Saurav take care of every small request of yours. They all are so warm and make you feel really comfortable. And you end up making a lot of friends here. I came back to stay at this place again towards the end of my trip simply for the vibe. Highly recommend this place for a good vibe stay in Mcleodganj, located very close to the main market. Simply loved my stay here. Kudos to the the team! ❤

It was solo trip for me, thought it might be challenging but turn out great place. Staff was friendly, the company was cool. Amenities like, washroom, kitchen service, common room were up-to the mark. The view and ambiance was really good. Met great people made good friends. After my three night stay, I was about to leave, it felt like a book or TV series you are connected is about to end and you don't want it. For my next trip I only fear that if it will be as good as this one.

It might be great for solo traveling absolutely not for couples. The staff is genuinely nice. Climbing up the stairs is definitely a task. Wifi in the room is extremely poor.Hygiene in terms of this being a hostel i okay but definitely not great.One suggestion to the hostel manager- always give bottled mineral water to the guests not everyone is okay with the water from the can.

This was my first hostel experience as a solo traveller, and i loved their hospitality and friendliness. The room was incredibly clean and hygienic. It was well maintained. The only issue was you have to climb alot of stairs for entry and exit into the hotel, so try to bring less luggages. It is suitable for backpackers. Friendly atmosphere, beautiful view, comfortable stay.

the room was near the all best location of McLeod Ganj ,it consists common area and canteen which is pretty amazing for chill out with friends it has a terrace area with a amazing view. you find people from around to the world here you can socialise with them or chill out with friends.
