The dorms were well maintained and very clean. It was located very close to the mall road and therefore wasn't very difficult to reach. The staff were really welcoming. The food was great too. Do try their honey lemon ginger tea. I might have drank around eight glasses of it or even more in my two days of stay. We sang and had fun in their food court and had a really good time. The only thing is that they are very punctual. So a time-out (which is after 11 pm) means a time-out.

This is my second stay with the Hosteller franchise and this time in Shimla. I had a very comfortable stay. The location is top-notch, very accessible to tourist attractions as well as eateries. Staffs were super friendly. The most amazing part was the use of Glu app which made life quite simpler, most of the things could be requested through the app. The food at the hostel was great, they've a team of really good chef. I will definitely recommend staying here.

the staff of hosteller is best if you are travelling solo you never feel alone in the hosteller you definitely find a good company with them you explore you share your stories play games and you feel that you know them from your childhood the staff is very friendly you never feel left out staff treat you very well in terms of everything in fact this was my best stay till now

I had a wonderful one-day stay at The Hosteller Shimla. The location is perfect for exploring the city. The food at the in-house restaurant was delicious, and I especially loved the coffee. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. A cozy and convenient choice for any traveler! We got beds in same dorm

it was a lovely stay although we were struggling to travel from mall road to the hotel at top but it was worth every foot step. the calmness and the view from the top of the hotel was top notch would recommend to my friends for every vacation to any of the hosteller’s accommodation.

Very good hostel neat and clean rooms and dorms in house cafe is very well The Manager Rana is very nice and humble person he manages the cafe very well front office staff is also well aware about the location and activities also you can walk to near by places

Had a wonderful experience at The Hosteller, Shimla. Everyone was very welcoming and cooperative. Great maintainance of the property. Lovely environment and all many board games available which simply adds to the experience.
