Worst experience i had with any hotel or resort per say, i cam here by 5 pm on my check in day , sunce i booked here since my wife had an exam next day so asked if they could arrange early breakfast but denied since " Cook cant wake up for one person to cook". That statment itself shows their service mentality. But thought ohk first , they told to tell dinner items early so they can make so they were informed of the same at about 6 and at 8 i went to ask for the same again told 1 item not finished will get to u in 5 min and even after 9pm i had to make a fuss to get food. I was so frustrated and furious by their behaviour since we would like to sleep early so we can wake up early tmrw. Again night we checked for hot water it was not coming so told them about the same they said night everyone is using thats y and gave one number to call if it doesnt come in the morning and as expected from them no hot water in the morning, called that guy 4 times didnt pick up. What a waste of money this was. They are not even bothered by our circumstances too. The basic room is so small from the photo we can see we cant stand in the washrooom since the steps pushing out from the wall. There is no much abience at all. The frontage is ok ok, otherwise not at all special. Tiny pool where no seperate male female area. There is nothing good about this place. So i will never recommmend this place at all

location is very bad. If Uber/Ola isn't available you are in trouble. Google maps can take you for a ride as there is a river in between and chances of getting lost. Owner can speak in English/Hindi but wasn't available at the property. the caretaker can't speak any language except for Malayalam which made my stay difficult. He couldn't understand signs as well. You can't find any security or any person other than guest during night.. The room was neat and clean and that's the only good part

The place is excellent retreat. Stayed here with family. Wonderful place to crash after a long haul. The anbience of the place is awesome. Thw caretaker boy is were very helpful and polite. He does make good food and awesome tea. The owner is also nice guy. The place is well maintained and has an excellent village like ambience. The tree house, the dining space the sitout eveything is awesome about the palce.

Stay was fine. All was good in this hotel from facility to services. The room was also comfortable and spacious. Both the room and the washroom was clean. No complimentary breakfast. Conduct of the staff was also nice. Location wise far from Cochin city and it is situated in Aluva town.

it's to 11 km inside from road, no security totally unsafe hotel and management is not responding and handling by only one boy no other staff for any thing. room and Lenin are not clean and no tv and others amenities and no services available.

Staff behavior, amenities and services were excellent. Location was good, located on outskirts of the city, near to airport, but of the main road. There was dining facility. There was free breakfast and water as complimentary services.

Worst experience. Pathetic service. No television in their super deluxe wood house. No stable wifi. Very unhygienic food. Stay away from booking. Complimentary breakfast was denied by the host even we paid for it.
