i had an exceptional stay at this hotel! from the moment i arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. the room was spotless, modern, and equipped with all the amenities i needed for a comfortable stay. the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. the hotel’s location was perfect—conveniently close to major attractions but still peaceful. i also appreciated the delicious breakfast selection and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making it an unforgettable experience. i highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return on my next trip!

hotel is really super 👌 we loved the hospitality. staff and food was really so good. pool stolen our family heart ❤️. hotel is mingled with cool and green nature. it’s located at pollution free, traffic free,noise free. small lake and hill added nature feel like kerala vibes. hotel is yo-yo

What we liked most was the kindness of the owners. The place in general is incredible, every detail makes the place super cozy. The place is prettier than it looks in the pictures. Our stay was for one night but we are looking forward to going back for a longer stay. Highly recommended.”

it is one of the worst hotels in Goa which I felt as room service very bad, lifts are not working properly, house keeping also not good and not sufficient parking place. Don't go with by looking outside hotel image.

the staff of the hotel is generous and nice but the property is very old and not well maintained. we got the complimentary room upgrade but nothing works fine in the room such as the TV regulator, phone, tv

Edited property photos. Entire property is mouldy and infested with pests. Rooms and bathrooms conditions is equally bad and unhygenic. Pool is dried out. Restaurant is shut.
