This is one the best hotel in Pahalgam. If you're planning to visit Pahalgam then you must try this hotel. The rooms were extremely beauty and had a cozy ambience. Bed warmers worked perfectly. The view from the hotel is extremely gorgeous. Waking up to that view was really good. We tried non veg buffet on both days of our stay. I must say the food was very delicious. I and my friends were very satisfied with taste and the dining experience. Now coming to the staff, I have never witnessed such a great staff. The hospitality was completely unreal. They were so polite, helpful and soft spoken. Everyone made us feel so welcomed. Overall this is a place which you shouldn't miss when visiting Pahalgam.

I stayed in Pahalgam Pines from 19th to 21st Dec 2021. Giving 5 star because of the below reasons:- 1) Location:- is mesmerising. View from the window was just awesome. 2) Food:- Simply Delicious. We loved it. 3) Staff:- very cooperative special mention to Ayaz ( Manager of the property) is Very polite and ready to help u all the time. He called me once I reached home just to check whether I reached safely.Infact I met the Owner of the property and he is also humble person who himself ensures comfort of each guests. Facilities:- Spacious and clean rooms. Would recommend this property any time for the tourists.

One of the most amazing hotels in Pahalgam. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom is neat and clean with best in class fittings. It has one of the most amazing views and you can hear the lidder river flowing in the night which makes it so serene and calm. But the best thing about the hotel is the hospitality that we received from the staff and the owner. They are always ready to serve the guests in every possible way. I believe that is what matters the most.

An amazing hotel with the best views of Pahalgam, it's totally surrounded by mountains, the owner Mr. Rashid and his son Sameer are both so humble that they have become family in just 2 days. You'll love the rooms which are all carpeted and beautiful views. The kawah they serve is divine and the food is splendid. If you are planning to stay in Pahalgam, this should be your first choice. Beautiful property in a great location. Everything was as per the description. The views from our room were amazing. The food was delicious and the staff were very warm and hospitable. Great choice if you are in Pahalgam and want to be a little away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre. Cannot forget the sound of the gushing Lidder river that you can hear all through the night. Simply magical!

One of the best hotels in Pahalgam where you can expect all city standards service and customer experience. Good heating facilities and tasty food. The staff is on the top of everything you ask for. The view from the hotel is beautiful. Very peaceful location and close to river. Hence, it comes with high premium but worth it. I would highly recommend stay here.

A very good hotel, conveniently located with the most exotic views.. Good amenities, friendly staff We happened to meet the owner of the hotel as well who took us to the market for dinner and also brought us back to the hotel since he was concerned whether we would get transport at that hour. A memorable experience! cozy rooms

Great experience & nice hospitality. Manager Rizwan Wani was nice & polite. Other staff were also good. I was allotted Room No.101. It was on the backside with no views. But the room was nice & clean. Heating facility was working perfectly. Hot water is also available 24/7. Overall it was satisfying experience.

The property is located in prime spot. Rooms were very elegant and spotless. There were heaters as well as bed warmers available along with a supply of hot water in taps and showers. The food was good, and their warm hospitality really filled our hearts. Overall Nice stay. Umer was a receptionist

The location is amazing, just after the market. The valley view from rooms is serene and soothing. The best part about the hotel is the delicious food they serve. Rooms are good and clean. Overall a decent property and highly recommended. Also, the river is 10min walk from the hotel
