Very friendly and ever smiling staffs. Was very supportive during my stay with my family which included a 2 year kid. They were always ready to accommodate our requests,including room service. Rooms very kept clean and tidy. Worth for each penny we paid. Their restaurant served very good food and was very much value for money and tastey. Since it's on the changanassery kottayam highway, was very easy for commute. Famous Panachikkad Saraswati temple is just 6 km from here. Hence very convenient for a morning visit to temple. Overall, highly suggested for anyone who would like to take a break from the highway travel.

Outstanding property with clean room and washroom. The washroom had proper toiletries. The staff behavior was also professional and co-operative. The hotel is on the main road so issues in locating the hotel.

Good Hotel and peaceful location The Palms is relevantly good place to stay and no other external issues. The location is as good for a peaceful stay. Furnishings and other facilities is wonderful.

Staff behavior, amenities and services were good. Location was nice. There was dining facility. There was free breakfast, water bottle and parking facility as complimentary services.
