this place was shown in the goibino app as similar to hotel SRR Grand. there is no comparison at all. it is located in a horrible place and one has to wait for more than half an hour at railway level crossings to reach this place. once you reach this place and occupy the room it is ok.

Room, bed, inhouse kitchen and toiletries well maintained. Prepare food & wash clothes if you wish too. Parking space available. Easy visibility and access to road. Good for business & family travel. Good Property at Best Price & a Great Stay. Location bit away from noisy roads.

worst stay in my life.. checked in nd checked out within 5 minutes.. most difficult location to access with car. bed full of dust. don't refer anyone.

The best Apartment Hotel to stay in New Perungalathur. I stayed there for 2 days and it was worth it.
