I have booked this hotel from 6 Feb 2025 to 9 Feb 2025. It is really an awesome experience to stay at The Pavilion, Nainital. My stay was beyond my expectations. Rooms are spacious, although bed was small for 2 adult and 2 kids, but staff has provided extra bed without any extra cost. The bird theme of every room is different and amazing. It has ample of parking space. Room service is very good and food is also delicious. I have been served by Mr. Baalam. He is very humble, helping and kind nature staff. He provided extended support during my stay. Hotel has a good lawn, where you can enjoy your morning tea with great scenic view. Location of hotel is good. Hardly 600-700 mt walking distance from Naina Devi Temple to Maal Road. From the hotel all the point of attraction is very near such as cave garden, himalaya darshan, khurpa taal, lovers point, Bara Patthar, Tiffin Top. I like the hotel, and love the food. That's why giving 5 stars. Comfortable stay

hotel room and premises are neat and clean. oak room and washroom are spacious and clean. but in spite of request, no body came to carry luggage from first floor room to car parking. being a senior citizen, i managed my two trolly bags and one shoulder bag from room to car parking climbing many stairs. in breakfast, egg may be added. hotel location is fine and give an impression of a bangalow. i could not get photos.

Amazing hotel to stay and spend your leisure time. Host are very courteous and take all efforts to make stay enjoyable. Amazing food quality. Top notch location , rooms and views from hotel. It has open garden area and kid playing areas so that little ones can enjoy and do not get bored. Feel free to choose your stay and you will not get disappointed.

The Pavilion is a beautiful blend of traditional and modern architecture, with a very convenient location (~1 km from Mall road). The staff is cordial and Prakash Kumar bhaiyya really made us feel at home. The food was delicious from breakfast to dinner. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel to all.
