Requesting all to visit this place and stay here atleast for 1 night . The place depicts heritage architecture and furntiures whoch will take you into a movie scene from raaz. Surrounded by pine forest and fernhills palace. The best part ? Mr. Amit , he is one gem of a guy . So well behaved , so well mannered and always up to the task ! He cooks really nice too . Neatness also up to the mark. Thankyou goibibo for suggesting this one and i will definitely visit this place again!

The place is just awesome.. the look and feel of it is great :) We enjoyed our short but sweet stay at red house. Amith was real helpful, from calling me to guide me to the location to setting up the table tennis net for us. He's a real hardworking lad :) Overall a wonderful experience and would love to go back to the place the next time I go to ooty. cheers ! keep up the good work

The resort buliding is old but well maintained....Furnitures are of antique style ...Mr. Amit ,the manager was very help ful he had even arranged for a Taxi to take us to see places and Breakfast was really good..... Although The drinking water in the Resort tasted funny... Overall a wonderful experience for myself and my wife... Thanks

Red house simply awesome we never expect this place like this it's too good and we enjoy a lot and service really super and I forget is name something like BASHA he was superb what ever we ask he did each and everything next time we came to Ooty definitely we will stay in red house............. red house rocks

The interior is full of art & Antiques with fantastic look .The location is very calm & will visit soon again .

It’s a wonderful place. As the name suggests, the exterior of the Villa is red and holds a small lawn. Interior of the Villa is classic, just wow. Hosts Amith and Ashish were very kind and made us comfortable. The only drawback being it’s a Jains property, so no drinking or smoking is allowed inside.

It was pleasant stay, staff are well co operative and informative. The ambience of hotel was amazing and had feeling of staying old heritage building though all basic and advanced amenities was there. Overall the stay was price worthy and recommendable

Had a pleasant time. The red house really good place to stay. It is 1.5km away from bus stand, that makes much better. Morning we had breakfast there, uppma with smbar, it tastes good. An overall, it is nice place but high cost..

A very cosy and pleasant home stay. Amit is a very warm and friendly host. The house by itself is filled with interesting artefacts, amazing decor. The food served was very very good and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
