Breakfast was way too good Decent response from front desk Decent parking , however during checkout there was a water tanker unloading blocking my way out , i really need to wait for 15 mins to find people who helped me out by lifting the pipe. Common area lightings were too dim In room dining was not good , ordered coffee and pakora , came after 50 mins,coffee was not even warm and pakora was pathetic Tv was not working well , need to adjust cable to make it work Bed was good and Bathroom was decent There were some senior hotel staff near front desk, they were just starring at guests , they could just drop a smile. Not Bad, Decent stay for a family .

It's a very old hotel. Everything in the room looks outdated. There is a slight old smell. Toilet flush is 20 year old mechanism. The lever came off. Over all very over priced, almost a five star price with 3 star facilities. Food is good. Service is good. Hotel is clean.

All over very nice experience, last time when i visited to karur i stayed in Hotel Sri Murugan residency, but as compared to that hotel, Hotel THE RESIDENCY is good.All services ara very perfect.
