Amazing stay, I loved every thing about the hotel , the rooms were perfect and were technology controlled ie , tablet right from closing the curtains , ordering food everything had to be done by using the tablet. The bathroom had a bidet style of western toilet which was very Unique . The complimentary breakfast had variety of dishes , I felt the taste of the food wasn't up to the mark as per my expectations. The hotel was very clean and smelled really nice which a person wouldn't expect anywhere else normally. I would definitely choose this hotel again in my next stay.

An immediate choice for Chennai in 3 months is in itself a testimony for the wonderful stay and customer service catered to by the hotel. would like to mention a special thanks to the Duty Manager, Zubair for ensuring check in and allocation was seem less after our late check in and hectic travel. Shout out to all room service & in room dining staff for their professional approach and quick turn around. The Residency Towers truly stands out among the best in Chennai. Hoping to return soon.

Awesome experience. beautiful hotel in the heart of the city. Staff at reception, as expected was very cordial. The ambiance of the hotel is very good. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Room service was quick and food was also of great quality. The buffet breakfast was also very good with ample options. My toddler enjoyed a quick dive in the pool. overall a memorable experience. thanx team goibibo and spl thanx to the residency towers staff for the experience we had.

Best stay good experience, didn't make us wait so much for checkin, polite staffs, rooms and restrooms are well maintained, very nice breakfast also. Covid protocol also well maintained Safe and piecefull atmosphere and also good behaviour from hotel staffs and hotel is easy to find since we are came from other state.
