My stay at The Ritz-Carlton was for three nights and four days. Everything was excellent, from the check-in/check-out process to the room and the buffet breakfast and lunch/dinner options. When we brought our request or need to their attention, everyone took care of it. The Sunday brunch is a must-try. My only complaint was that the tea I requested was not properly prepared; three attempts were made, but it did not turn out well. Aside from that, my overall experience at The Ritz-Carlton was 9.9 out of 10. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our stay so pleasant.

Booked a suite and the entire experience was super fabulous . Check in was smooth , it was a special occasion for us and the hotel went an extra mile to do an amazing decoration in the room . I was truly overwhelmed by such an initiative From the hotel . Ritz screams luxury and top notch service . A strong recommend for anyone who is looking forward to a superlative stay ... probably the best hotel in town
