first visit to a serai resort, and i must say that we were thoroughly impressed! right from the rooms, cleanliness, amenities, location and nature surrounding of the resort, the quality and taste of the food, and most importantly, the service and the friendliness of the staff, it's all very wonderful, and made our anniversary 2-night stay an absolute pleasure! the waterfront villas are very nice, and you can enjoy a very picturesque view from your hammock or the balcony while sipping on some tea! they also provide hassle-free booking for safaris, and have many activities which adults & children can enjoy. we got a unexpected surprise anniversary cake the night before our check-out, compliments of the resort, and that just goes to show that the staff and resort will go to all lengths to ensure you have an awesome vacation at the serai, kabini!

We stayed there for two nights. Our aim was to just relax. And I do not hesitate to say we chose the right place. Spent good time on hammock in front of the villa in the morning. Safari was also nice but could not get to sight big cats though. Service was good, and special thanks to Puttashetty at Wildgrass restaurant. We did feel it was on a little expensive, overall it was very nice.

Amazing location, Very good hospitality, courteous staff, clean and well maintained resort! Food was excellent and the staff at the restaurant ensured to provide us the best! Wild life safari was well arranged and we were lucky to spot a lot of animals including the leopard! Spa was a little disappointing! Overall, we had a fantastic experience at The Serai, Kabini!

Overall it was a nice experience property location is very good staff is very supportive Since the price is on the higher side our expectation was more, things are provided but after asking them amenities at the resorts are good nice peaceful family time you can select the screenshot.

The overall experience was good. The servuce, the staff, their politness and always avaipable for hepp with a smile. However I believe the prices are little too high fot both Food and Accommodation. Own space, no intervention. Multiple things to do.

Overall nice experience, excellent location. Cycle riding on riverbed was amazing experience. But given we paid a lot, expectations were little higher. Food and drinks could have been little better. Amenities could have been better as well.

The property is good but amenities are not maintained and less staff to gesture and help the guest the food at restaurant is good but too expensive and very less quantity of desert at very high price need a renovation also

Amazing property. Clean, quiet, serene, well kept. Tje property has only 20 rooms and hwnce you don't see people around ans its such a blessing. The restaurany is decent. The view of yhe river is amazing. Privacy

Great service. Clean, comfy rooms. Service staff are always cheerful and ready to help. Food is ok, but desserts are excellent. We loved the surroundings and boating activities are a lot of fun
