The hotel is situated at a great location near Peddar Road, Kemps Corner, with proximity to Colaba or Marine Drive. The service is amazing and always with a smile. Great amenities, consistent clealiness and helpful hotel staff and management. The price is a little much but through coupon deals we got a good rate. The breakfast spread is consistently great and has a balance of Indian and Conti options. The restaurant is great as well with Indian, Conti and Oriental options with well made dishes (a tad on the pricey side though). A very professionally run hotel at a great location. 5 stars from my side after a great experience of 20 days stay at the hotel.

Stayed for a couple of days here before travelling down to Goa. Location was okay - not much around in terms of shops/restaurants so we felt a little limited - it's also on a very busy road which was difficult to cross. The complimentary breakfast was also pretty limited for our western tastes. The room was perfectly fine, clean and modern, although it was very noisy and the street noise was pretty much nonestop throughout the night. Earplugs for sleeping were essential. The hotel staff were very nice and helped wherever possible with taxi's etc. There was also a nice looking cake shop within the hotel.

Shalimar is my favourite place,home away from home to stay in Mumbai.There is comfort,safety and amazing service. The staff is so courteous and kind,there is a an air of homeliness and professionalism to how things are done here.The morning breakfast is fantastic,the restaurant has a nice view of the street,if you can get a seat around the window.The staff takes delight in serving you with kindness and happy smiles.

Good three star hotel for business travellers.the room sizes are small, but good enough for single travelers. The bathrooms are clean and basic amenities provided for. The breakfast isn't extensive but decent enough. The staff is undoubtedly a big thumbs up. Very polite and helpful - all of them. All in all you carry a positive impression. Recommended.

Had stayed there for three day and enjoyed every bit of it and all the hotel staff was very warm my only complaint is with the restaurant staff they are a bit unwelcoming and sometimes are a bit rude in their behaviour for eg if u ask for something the behave as if they cant hear us and also keep staring at the guests please do look into it thank you

This is a real nice hotel. i hv come back after perhaps 15 years.good efficient staff from front desk to restaurants.rooms a bit small but functional and cozy. Good food and decent breakfast spread. Good part is right next to shopping area and close to business Dist at Nariman Point. Highly recommended. Great deal from Goibibo

Everything great.Except for soups which were completely no no. Vegetable soup was just cabbage soup.That's not fair for the amount they charge.The clear soup ordered was equally failure.Staff is very cordial and polite.They do make you feel welcome and comfortable. Can add a game room to the place or a pool.

the suite rooms are good. only thing that the pictures put up on the app are wrong. please look into. i booked thinking its a suite room. the category above lifestyle room. when we went there, they said its not a suite room. fought with them and then they gave me the suite room upgrade ***

hotel is located at easily reachable location. taxi are easily available from hotel. rooms are small as compared to other business hotels but as compared to the location and price. . .its good for say. Breakfast is standard buffet English breakfast with Indian dishes (new each day)

my first trip to mumbai and was very happy with the hotel staff as well as the hotel. only negative was the car driver which was organized by the hotel . Overall a very good experience.Thankyou Shalimar I am going back with sweet memories of Mumbai except for the car driver.

I suggest all go for other option. Giving one star is not worthy. very bad experience, small room very bad facilities, and uncomfortable stay. I had uploaded snaps of room condition anyone can assume the room condition after seeing the snaps. food quality is very less.

Its an excellent property. All the facilities and management are well managed. Hotel is value for money. Service and all are totally perfect. Food is awesome there. Hotel is nicely located. Nice accommodation and its a very clean property.

The hotel is doing a good job in taking care of guest needs given the current circumstances of the ongoing pandemic and incoming cyclone. Kirtan the manager has been extraordinarly helpful and kind. Great stay. Will come again soon.

after a struggle I got this hotel details as I was new to Mumbai..want to stay near to Mumbai central.this hotel is just 8mn away from station.well maintained,clean and Hospitality of staff was good. Just need improvement in food
