booked AC room and first they provided non AC room and said booking is non AC if need AC then pay 1500 more , later we shown the deatais and all documents to them then they switch on the old AC. this all means they don't have any knowledge about the guest and their requirements. no blankets in the room only one single bedsheet is there and that also very much used and old. later asked and requested many times them given two more. bathroom heater is working but the hot water connection is not properly connected. very old plumbing structure. the main point is there about the privacy issue. many peoples were in the common area and that is not their guests. the room main door is not perfectly close ( there is a center portion and from that portion the entire room will be visible from outside especially in the night time.) there is no cutrins or side door closer to avoid this issue, window curtains are not properly suitable, this is only a nice pice of cotton.

The home stay was in a pathetic condition. When i reached the home stay there was undergoing maintenance work. Very heavy sound of power tools and that was very annoying and disturbing. The room was just ok. Not maintained. I do not recommend it.

the location is very nice. walkable to restaurants and sight seeing places. the people are friendly. but they do need to pay a little more attention to rooms. overall i recommend.

It was a really good place to stay the area around is very calm and clean. The house is an perfect example for heritage stay give it a try when in kochi
