Everything is good about this hotel, like location, rooms, the hotel staff and their breakfast spread is also quite decent. However, they need to improve on their Restaurant management. The staff at the restaurant are missing basic etiquette, as if they have been put directly to work without providing any training. The staff at the restaurant are least bothered to either serve water or to pass on the menu card to the guests. We had to call the waiters/ captains every time we visited the restaurant who would clutter in the corner and keep chit chatting among themselves. The food is good. Only lacking in their service at the restaurant.

1st of all, I forgot to take snaps of the hotel rooms. about my experience at the hotel. Great location, a beautiful surrounding atmosphere, and a great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever,Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, and roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good, and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. The room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

I recently spent three nights at this hotel, and I had a pleasant experience. The service was good, and the rooms were cozy and comfortable. However, I encountered an issue on the first day when the TV wouldn’t work because they did not renewed DTH subscription. Despite this minor setback, the hotel staff was helpful enough and resolved the problem within a few follow-ups. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the restaurant food was generally quite good, although some items were a bit pricey.
