Horrible experience.Amenities.1. All the amenities promised during booking are closed from 12 to 4, you can not even access indoor activities. also every activity requires a separate responsible person who should be present and I don't know why but every time the person responsible was not around so the waiting adds another 15-20 minutes. Also they have coaching ongoing and paid guests are not allowed during coaching e.g. Shooting range is closed from 12 to 4 and from 4 to 7 there is coaching so paid guests can access only after 7 and closing time is 8 pm.2. Swimming pool is clean and big however one requires swimwear even a 3 years old child but the local group of 8-10 people was using their boxers and shorts, staring at women drinking by the pool, and paid guests are denied Tea by the pool.3. No Wi-fi, No Room Service only if you are lucky someone may help, No doctor on call frequent power failures, no intercoms, and no front desk.4. No towels or locker facility near swimming pool, One can ask around and after asking 3-4 people you are given a towel with a scolding 5. Spa - This is a joke - In a hot humid Tent the spa is set up and when we went there to enquire the lady there didn't even look up from her phone and we had to return back cause there was no response.Stay1. Separate entry for tents and rooms, main gate Security only knows about room bookings and he may ask you to turn back as you are not allowed. One has to go across the road to access a smaller gate who may know about tent bookings.2. Interior of tents is very well designed however Tents are secluded away from the property, very poor materials used which makes Tents hot & humid. the small AC placed doesn't help at all.No room service and lack of communication devices make it worst, especially in power failures or AC failures.3. No hot water, no bedroom slippers, no extra sanitary or toiletries, there was a coffee machine but no Tea bags, dairy or coffee sachets. No fridge even for drinking water one has to walk across the property if cell phones are not answered.4. It's pitch dark outside tents at night cause they switch off lights and it makes a very horrifying experience at night to step out of the tent.Food.1. Top all food is the biggest concern, no other facility in 5km radius and only option is club restaurant which is highly overpriced.2. Food served is stale, bread are very hard and smelly. half of the menu items are not available.3. Complimentary breakfast has only 4 options Poha, Upma, Dosa & Uttappa however Poha & Upma was not available cause pantry boy is absconding. after many negotiations we were given two omelets once half cooked and other burnt with many green chilies even after insisting on making it without chilies for a child.4. They can not even make Tea, not a single Tea was worth a sip.5. Parking is way beyond tent accommodation and it's just an open uneven ground, one has to walk on all the uneven farmland to access parking which is without a shed.The positive points are a few names who helped us have a better stay experience -Ujwal - Who was one man army, who managed to answer all our queries guide us through the property and helped in all Room related issues.Jayashree - Even after limited resources and so many rules her polite attitude pleased every customer around.Pawan - Server from Restaurant with all his limitations he served us with a smiling face.Overall, Great property but requires apt management who will understand priority, local members, sports coaching or resort guests. they will not be able to manage everything together with their so many rules and untrained staff without any communication devices in such big property

We did not fully enjoy the resort's amenities as the staff failed to provide detailed information about the offerings. While the property itself is good, it does not offer the expected value due to its commercial operation of amenities. The amenities are primarily used for business purposes and training programs, which restricted our access to recreational areas such as the badminton court, cricket field, and swimming pool. As a family, we were unable to fully enjoy the pool and found the environment to be quite restrictive.

Extremely Bad experience at SSK. Not recommended for any family. There is No Housekeeping after 8:30 pm, and on day of checkout they do Not come for any help. Ordered Tea and Milk and took 45 minutes after multiple follow-ups. One of the almirah door also came out and fell on my son. Fan also was hardly working in the room. There was a group of college students playing Loud music till 4 AM in night, and drinking Alcohol. Most of them were Not even Checked-In. Its more of a Dorm meant for college students.

The overall stay was good Room was neat and cleam. Staff was very cooperative 5 out 5 for Room servive. The only concern is about restaurant Its outside resort. First of all they don't pick up a call once. Delayed room service. To deliver 3 tea they took 50 mins In hotel experience was good. But they don't provide good in room service for food. Also to reach resort the roads are also not good. Need to work on that.

It was a fine stay.Location was New and Neat.There is Swimming pool, Gym, Carroms, Table Tennis and Play Zone.Small area for Children which can be developed so that children can enjoy.it is a disturbance free place for Group Activities and Meeting.There are conference rooms too.Overall it is Good for Single for pleseant stay.For Group with Group Activities.You can have a good time.

A great place with spacious and beautiful tents. The a la carte restaurant serves great food. The rooms was all clean and well-appointed. The staff was courteous. The Pool side sitting along with live music completed our starry night experience. Buffet breakfast options could have been better. Our stay was remarkable.

from checkin to checkout was an awesome experience. But say in Tent house was horrible... so we can't sleep. About amenities.. it was really world-class, and the number of amenities was uncountable, so there was no need to go outside for time pass. completely paisa wasool. ...

The Tent / Room are spacious and well maintained and its value for Money. While the Amenities are there but few are only free and few are need to pay or rental as the amenities are mostly used by the CLUB. SPA is also open and its good.

Restaurants staff was not well behaved, even bed was not comfortable and blanket was not enough for that tent room. not satisfied and also was not worth of paid amount.
