This property is not a hotel it's a heritage site. Top class ambience very nice and courteous staff. Do not miss the in house food it's is out of the box. Also ensure that you book your stay from GOIBIBO they gave me a 3000 rs voucher that I was able to use with my food. Break fast is top noch and you cannot compare it with ordinary. Strongly recommend to friend and family. Price is a bit on higher side but if you are booking Taj you should know that it's value for money. Also feedback is taken for everything even if Taj feels that Customer may not have been happy with there service. If they think so much for the customer so you can imagine what shall be the service. If you want to feel it you need to visit the place. Go once in a life time with your parents and family.

It was my best experience staying in a 5 star hotel when it comes to customer service. Prerna greeted us and had us checked in smoothly. As I wasn't given a room with a bathtub, she immediately upgraded my room to a Sea View room with a bathtub. Cleanliness is great. Food was awesome. Overall every employee of Taj make you feel special. I will stay again very soon.

Most memorable and satisfying stay.The level of hospitality is unparalleled.We had a royal feel inside the Taj Mahal Palace Hotel.The restaurants like Shamiana,Masala Kraft or the Sea lounge has done justice to the legacy of the 100 year old heritage hotel.It was an amazing experience that shall crave us to visit again.

It is 'The Taj' and everything from room to staff shows this in there outstanding and top of the world service, they make you feel so special that it becomes an experience rather than just a stay. Must take Heritage walk if it's your first time.
