I wish I could extend my stay forever here. This is a true 5-star property! The staff, oh my god, they're so loving and kind. They'll go out of the way to make you feel comfortable. true luxury this place is. Breakfast is not unhealthy. The chef comes to the table and suggests food. the serving staff is kind. The reception: A lil language barrier for some but 99% of the know English so life is sorted. Room service is on the go. I'm not disappointed for a moment after booking this. If not jacuzzi, take the valley view room it will give you the best views of your life. You get fruits complimentary in the room with a scenic view. I wanted sanitary napkin on an urgent basis. I just went to the reception at 11 pm and the staff was running around to find it for me. My heart was full of gratitude. In all the praise will be less no matter how much I write. This is not a paid review. If you visit Munnar and are not staying here, you'll be missing on having breakfast admission to the clouds. it's like cloud9. The Valle Munnar should definitely be the choice. Pro tip: You'll have a live concert every morning in the room balcony if you take the Valley View room. *The Koyal sings and that'swhen you feel, its all worth it* 🤌🏼🫶

Stunning property with breath taking views from Reception, Restaurant and from the room. true 5 star property very well maintained, perfect hospitality by professional staff. I booked Jacuzzi room & stayed for a night and it was worth every rupee spent. The room was very well designed with huge space, separate walk in closet, spacious bathroom, clean Jacuzzi with superb view. Hotel plans itinerary every day and we experienced local cuisine live preparation and My kid just loved it as he was made a Chef provided with Real Chef cap assisted by 3 other Chefs with Head Chef included. It was a very memorable experience and special thanks to Head Chef MR. Anoosh (pardon if spelled incorrectly ) for making the session so memorable. I also experienced early morning trek arranged by the hotel and it was also memorable. Special mention to Mr Rajan for guiding us with the trek and explaining the route with its history & significance. He was very humble and professional. Overall it was a great 5 star experience. Would definitely like to visit again A perfect place to get away with family

We had a great time at The Valle Munnar. The property is located in a beautiful location with breathtaking views from all sides of the property. The hospitality, rooms and activities are commendable. We would definitely love to visit the property again.
