I would start with what I liked, property is small, clean pool, clean rooms, everything was well settled in rooms, rooms are spacious with good balcony view. Check-in was quick and smooth. Now coming to the unlike part - hospitality. Many rules i.e. they don't serve food inside room, don't use AC if u have opened balcony door, food only allowed in restaurant. Food was average but they served bad smelling aloo sabji first and second day. People spending money to enjoy the vacation, not to follow the rules. Nearby beach is utorda which is 15 to 20 mins walking. Property situated at the very start of south Goa and if you really want to enjoy in south Goa, I would suggest go for the better option which are near to benaullium beach.

Can do better in regard to room cleanliness. Saw a lot of wall bag worms all over the room. Alright for a 1 day stay. Hotel Wifi was really bad and did not work most of the time, so if you plan of working from the room that would not be possible. Shilpi from the front desk was courteous and took necessary measures to solve our problems. Though housekeeping staff has to be improved.

Who closes restaurant during the day and closes swimming pool at 6 pm. But staff was good. The food is good. But they dont have much options in food and the breakfast options were also less but its overall good! They were like not to eat inside the room, dont drink in room. Have fun in balcony. Lol u cant. But tgey sort of understood also but not did much kich kicn

It was pretty convenient for me to reach here without any hassle. I didn't tried food in the property. There was a swimming pool which was basically for everyone. I didn't have any idea bout spa and gym as we had stayed only for 1 night. Free WiFi was available to use.

Decent stay with stubborn staff, they have too many rules than mentioned in the description, more over when questioned they try to reach us what is right according to the owner. Not a friendly place for a location in the Goa.

Great food quality and everything is just perfect with this Resort such as the swimming pool , rooms , services etc .. had an amazing experience !!!! Would recommend people to visit once as the utorda beach is hardly 1 kms

Had a wonderful stay at village inn, rooms are very big and clean, they have restaurant serving good food and morning breakfast is complimentary. owner Agnelo and staff shilpi are welcoming and helpful.

Very bad amenities, mattress was not at all good , paints were chirping of the wall , they provided us with dirty linen first , bedsheets pillow covers all dirty, later was changed on request
