I have booked Thilak Home stay they resolved the issue in the matter of 1 hr after booking.Thilak home stay was good for location as it is very nearer to Virupaksha temple, however rooms were quite small and clean. They switched off Air Conditioners during night time and even in the morning, but they charged full amount. When we inquired with them they said power cut, surprisingly the fact is no power-cut at all in the location and somehow they managed saying issue with wiring problem etc etc. This makes us verymuch impact as it is summer season. I feel we need to call and ensure for better services before going there. No other services at Thilak home except room stay.

kishore was very helpful in helping us plan our activities there and was prompt whenever we had an issues relating to our stay. the rooms were decent. they should definitely replace the towels in rooms. there was delay in giving us rooms but he was overall a good host. places to eat were close by. overall I'd recommend this place and would stay again. :-)

booked a single room for 3 adults of a family. got a tiny room with a queen size bed and 2 pillows and single blanket. spent the 1st night somehow. when asked an extra pillow and a blanket since money was paid for 3 person, got dirty extra pillow and blanket. disappointed.

The home stay is very close to famous hampi Bazar and so is near to the Lord Virupaksha temple. Best hotel to stay.... Love to visit again. They maintained it really well, neat and clean rooms, well behaved staffs....so on and so forth!

Hotel is completely fine and value or money also. Hotel is located right in the center of town. Service was perfect over there. Food was nice there. Hotel people are very co operative. Nice amenities and very clean property.

A compact place to stay for those looking at extensive travel in Hampi. Clean rooms and toilets and a very helpful host who promptly helps you solve your difficulties. Towels in the room could be replaced, though

I have booked an AC room but the AC is not working properly.It's too hot there,we have requested to the owner also but in the night they have switched off the AC.
