i booked this property at the last hour and the check-in was smooth. the room was spacious for a single guest with amenities like ac, electric kettle, coffee/tea options, mineral water, towels and other toiletries. the bathroom was super clean and the shower had a hot water option. the room had a light blocking curtain. it also had a table and chair, a wardrobe and an electronic safe as well. the property has an in-house restaurant on the ground floor which is open till midnight. the sheets were clean and comfy. the property is on the main road and close to the ernakulam south railway station and south mtero station and ksrtc bus station.

i had an excellent experience at hotel townbridge and would highly recommend it! from the moment i arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. check-in was smooth, and the service throughout my stay was outstanding. the room was spotless, well-designed, and equipped with all the amenities i needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep.

One of the best hotels which I found in ernakulam. The rooms and facilities are superb. That was my second visit into this hotel. it never failed to impress. There's a restaurant in the downstairs. "The Bakehouse Inn", the food they serve are so delicious.

Excellent Hotel to stay in Ernakulam... Highly recommendable for families. Staffs are supportive and caring.. Restaurant food is also good and tasty and have room service without delay. Very close to Ernakulam junction (south) railway and metro station

Good one but price is a bit high. I paid 2900/-.. but Around 2000/- per night may works well for this room. Otherwise location and cleanliness is good.
