The general manager of the hotel was very rude and has no ethics. They created lots of issue while handover room keys and was shouting at us like anything. Even we tell them we have a kid and senior citizen in the room, they keep on disturbing isA big thumbs down if anyone planning to stay there

beyond the centre but good if you have visits near Whitefield, Marthahalli areas. Cooeprative staff. Just that only card payment allowed bugs you especially when the card machine doesn't work.

Overall the property is very nice. It has all the basic facilites and amenities one would ask for. The staff are really helpful and were always willing to lend a hand.
