I would have given 0 star if there will be option for their pathetic service. First of all we were reaching late in evening so tried calling property owner just to inform our checkin will be late so there won't be any hassle once we reach but owner haven't answered even once after calling multiple times. We booked even their support team tried calling but owner didn't respond at all. After we reached no one was there on reception it was locked, somehow we found owner by asking people who were already staying there, his behaviour was super rude and unresponsive. Now come to room and washrooms, it was unhygienic and not properly maintained. After sitting on bed for 10 min we found multiple red ants biting us, complaint about it and got answer like it happens during monsoon, after requesting we got room changed. Cafe was closed and it was late night so we asked if any places for dinner nearby, he didn't even bothered to reply us, completely unprofessional behaviour. Corridor area smells so bad. Stray dogs lying outside room all the time. We booked for 2 nights but left a day early as room ceiling was leaking. We have booked this room after seeing 5 star reviews but seems all are fake. I recommend everyone not to go for this property after seeing good reviews. Overall worst experience ever

The stay was amazing. The ambience and service we get is much more than what we pay for. Cottages were very clean too. The host Vikash and the staff were very courteous and they were there to help around the clock. The 3 sweet dogs and the super-friendly cat made our stay much more memorable. There are lot of plants around each cottage, which blocks direct view and gives ample privacy even while sitting outside in the sit-out. The plants add a lot to the overall ambience too.

Dont book this hotel. staff not available for care taking also manager rude behaving. outside foods drinks and liquor not allowed from hotel side. taking extra matres cost but not provide matres for our extra person and saying adjust in other room. for foreigner guest all rules exempted. there are no restriction for foreigner. this is our experience on 17 and 18 jan. you can also note this hotel rules and took needful action to avoid another your trusted guests

The stay was not good at all.. They were not even having tea to serve.. their kitchen was closed... The rooms were fully covered with plastic sheets due to monsoon... They should not be operation in monsoon if they cannot serve anything. The rooms were okay okay not very clean and their were ants roaming around the bed.

I recently stayed at Traverse Luxe Hostel which is perfect for solo travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and a touch of local flair. Nestled in the heart of downtown, it offers a blend of modern amenities and a welcoming atmosphere. everything was beyond my expectation so there's nothing as to dislike about.
