I recently stayed at Treebo Trends International for two nights. The discounted rate of 65% is merely a marketing gimmick. In reality, this hotel doesn't even deserve Rs. 1500/- per night and single star. The rooms lack windows or have windows that can't be opened, offering a view of the adjacent building's aisle. I had to change rooms from the first floor to the third floor but got a useless view from window. The bathroom fittings were stained, and the water tap was dangling while the toilet jet spray was leaking. The bathroom curtain and towels appeared unclean, and the cheap hand wash was overly diluted. The shower gel had a strange smell. Don't expect dental or shaving kits from them. The breakfast options were limited and tasteless, with only poha, chole bhature, and bread jam on the first day, and poha, bread pakoda, and bread jam on the second day. The reception staff answered questions but showed no warmth or concern for our stay. There was no welcome on arrival or inquiry about our experience during our stay or check out. They don't even inform us on arrival at 1.30 pm that their restaurant will close at 2.30 pm. so ve to went outside for lunch The person who carry your luggage to your room will continue to salute you until you tip them. uncleaned room, dull environment, tasteless food. limited options in menu. no play area.

Sir, I am staying at your property for the first time and thank you from the bottom of my heart. I have always stayed at Sarovar, Lemon Tree and many other properties but my first experience at your property went wrong. Today I stayed at your property in Ahmedabad. First I asked for washroom and slippers but the manager said Treeboo doesn't provide them. Then the TV didn't work and there was no support. No one has any way of talking to a customer. I have never had such a bad experience in my life. Thanks to Treboo group for ruining my reputation by making me stay at their property.

I am a very frequent traveller to Ahmadabad, this was my first stay at Treebo Ambassador, the hotel is excellent and I enjoyed my stay, the room interior is nicely done I love the room and food of the hotel and recommend all to stay at Treebo Ambassador and have a wonderful experience. Because I am going to stay in all my official Trip at 🌲 Ambassador. the receptionist is very helpful and the gate keeper Sir of the hotel is just awesome. He is very kind and supportive. thank You to the hotel staff.

Had a lovely experience while at Treebo Ambassador. Best stay, especially if travelling with family. The breakfast was delicious and people are so humble and so so helpful. Best service ever experience with super co-ordinative staff, clean rooms and bathroom were also so well maintained. Just loved it

Special thanks to the manager and staff for allowing us for early check in, good hospitality, and we appreciate their cooperation in all respects. we two members only ladies felt secure to stay there. In my next visit also I prefer to stay there, I recommend it for solo travelers like us.

Very polite and understanding staff, rooms are neat and clean maintained well. Check in and check out facilities were smooth and fast. Breakfast spread was bare minimum, probably some fruit juice and fresh fruits could be included. Overall experience was good.

Great hospitality, great ambiance. As i am diabetic I could not have todays menu and I was leaving without eating anything but the staff in dinning hall made extra effort and served me what was needed to me. I would love to come here again.
