I recently stayed at Treebo Trend Apollo in Guwahati, hoping for a budget-friendly stay. Unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. Major Concerns: Cleanliness: The room felt dusty upon arrival. The towels had stains, and the bathroom wasn't properly cleaned. This raised concerns about hygiene throughout the hotel. Breakfast: Breakfast was included in my stay, but it wasn't impressive. It was served late on one occasion, and the options were quite limited. The quality of the food was also underwhelming. Other Issues: Noise: The hotel seemed to be located in a busy area, and there was a lot of noise from outside throughout the day and night. This made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The amenities appeared decent. However, the maintenance of the property was very poor. the rooms were old, electrical appliances were not functioning properly, water was leaking in the toilets, and the linen was not very clean. The morning breakfast was not good or sufficient. On the bright side, the behavior of the staff was good, even though their service left a lot to be desired. not clean, water leakage, breakfast not good

stayed in treebo apollo, the experience was horrible starting from the reception which horrible the corridor , the rooms are not maintained never thought treebo hotel would be so bad. worst experience. in breakfast nothing was available , had keep on asking the boy to arrange it. will never recommend any body to stay in this property. worst is how treebo is maintaining such a poor hotel

Need to improve services . Old sheets were provided . TV not working etc etc . Staff need to be more professional and courteous but looks like they lack basic hospitality behaviour. I feel they need a complete revamp from services POV which seems not adequate .

Breakfast package was the only option available at booking. We had requested for packed breakfast at 7AM. Night staff had agreed but, nothing was provided in the morning. Room was smaller than described. Lots of mosquitoes in the property.

hotel location is good. just near to River Brahmaputra and 5 kms distance from Maa Kamakhya Mandir. Property is old but the people are nice at reception. Recommended for stay as single traveller

There was no wi-fi at all. We had to call the reception multiple times. Cleaning was not done till we asked them, that too multiple times. Coffee, tea sachets were never refilled till we left.

it was budget friendly awesome room. Food is delicious and economic and hotel members behaviour really helping . In future I will definitely stay in this hotel again.
